Our Story

For several years, we worked with customers and businesses in central Ohio to provide customers with high quality landscapes, hardscapes, and lawncare.  As we evolved, we pivoted to carpentry and focused on helping people complete projects they just hadn't had time to finish or seemed too tough to tackle as a DIY weekend task.  After focusing on carpentry and other handyman work for a few years, we took a detour to Dayton, Ohio.

After moving to the Dayton area, Rock and Soul Property Solutions was born. We combined our previous experience in landscape design and yard maintenance with a love for carpentry.  Our goal: to provide Beavercreek with quality, affordable property maintenance solutions, both inside and out. We want everyone to feel like they have the best place on the block.  Part of that includes our desire to help our community by using locally sourced materials that will provide a long-lasting product without causing damage to the rest of your property or the environment.
