Terms & Conditions

Rock and Soul Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all customers and potential customers of Rock and Soul Property Solutions (The Company), a subset of Rock and Soul Custom, LLC. These terms and conditions may change at any time, and additional terms may be added based on the project, timeline, or any other circumstances that may arise prior to the start of any project, service or plan offered by Rock and Soul Custom and its affiliates.

Use of Rock and Soul Property Solutions

The Company offers services on-site at the customer's residence, business, or personal property and will follow all local, state and federal laws when conducting business. Services offered can change at any time by The Company, and all clients will be notified of any changes in products or services offered.  This may not change services or contracts that were in effect prior to the change, but The Company may require customers to acknowledge the updated terms and conditions before work continues on any active projects and services. All services offered by The Company may evaluate and collect images of customer's property for quality assurance.

The Company allows unrestricted access to the information on our website, media, and other digital outlets.  Customers and potential customers are welcome to browse our website, make inquiries, and interact in any other way reasonably expected. Customers who abuse the website, media, or any other aspects of The Company's infrastructure may be denied service or receive restrictions, as allowed by local, state, and federal law. Images may be used by The Company for media and marketing purposes, unless the customer requests to not have images used in marketing.

The Company has the right to cancel any project or restrict a customer from using our services for any reason, as long as proper care is taken to ensure the customer's property is safe and all local, state and federal laws are followed. In the event that an active project cannot be completed, The Company shall notify the customer in writing of the project being cancelled.  Any work completed up to that point may require payment, depending on the nature of the work that has been done. Projects that are cancelled due to non-payment, customer hostility, unsafe environments, or other circumstances may be subject to additional penalties and that customer may be restricted from using Rock and Soul Property Management or have additional legal action taken against them.

Payment Terms

Rock and Soul Property Management may require different forms of payment for different types of projects.  All recurring packages (as labelled on the "Package Plans and Pricing" page) will require payment in full prior to the period for which those services are offered, and those packages will expire 30 days from the last payment made.  Any other projects may allow for payment to be collected online or in person using cash or check.  Payment terms and amounts will be discussed and agreed upon by both The Company and the customer prior to the start of any work, and the customer is responsible for meeting the full amount discussed and agreed upon.  In the event that the customer is unable to make the payment in full, they may request a modified payment schedule, deferment or other remedy.  These options will be discussed and decided on by The Company, who has a right to refuse any alternative payment options for any reason. The Company may pursue legal action for non-payment, following state, local, and federal laws.
